All orders are accepted at prices current at the time of despatch. Prices shown are current at the time of publication only and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are shown excluding VAT which is chargeable at the applicable rate at date of invoice.

Payment
Payment is to be made in GBP. Payment is accepted by online transactions through a secure server 24 hours per day. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail. Your order will be processed during normal office hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 4pm. If you wish to place and pay for an order by other means please contact us directly by e-mail at enquiries@magsells.com or fax on +44 (0) 1983 868425 with the details.
When paying by credit or debit card, the ‘billing address’ information on your order must be the same as your credit card billing information. If this information does not agree completely we will need to confirm with the billing contact, this will delay processing of your order. ==
Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail or Courier or by any other means we deem appropriate. Non delivery must be notified to Magsells Ltd. within 7 working days from the invoice date, otherwise no claim will be entertained. Once your order ships, it is subject to our Returns Policy.
Availabilty
Please note that all products on this website are available to us at time of update unless stated otherwise. BACK ORDERS: If your item is not in stock or not available we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the expected date of delivery and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Damage in Transit
Magsells Ltd and the carrier concerned must be notified immediately on receipt of the damaged Pallets, parcel or goods. The Pallet, Parcel or goods should be signed for as Damaged therwise a replacement cannot be made. Arrangements for the return of such goods shall not be put in hand until the damaged items have been inspected by the carriers. Damaged items should remain in safe keeping of the customer until authority to return has been granted.
Shortages
Claims for shortages must be made within 24 hours of delivery otherwise no claim can be entertained.
Returns
No returns are permitted without prior written authority. Items returned as incorrectly ordered or no longer required may only be returned in the original undamaged packaging and are subject to a minimum handling charge of 50% of the invoice price. However damaged items and packaging will not be accepted.
Ownership
The ownership and title to our goods is only transferred to the purchaser at such time as payment has been made in full to Magsells Ltd, regardless of the reasons on which payment may be with-held or not made. In the event of bankruptcy, insolvency or winding-up proceedings, Magsells Ltd will exercise its legal rights under claims for reservation for the return of our parts.
Guarantee
We are prepared to replace most parts of faulty material or workmanship within 3 months of invoice date provided no attempt has been made by the customer to rectify, dismantle or alter the parts in any way. However we cannot in any circumstances accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or personal injury arising from any cause whatsoever in connection with our parts and all express or implied warranties or conditions as to the quality or fitness of the parts for any purpose are hereby excluded. If no fault is found then goods will be returned to the customer with additional carriage charge and no credit issued.
